Frequently Asked Questions

We have many of the most common questions answered for you below. Thanks for your support!

The ticket time on your pass is the time you are allowed to enter the waiting line. This helps us manage the flow of guests and ensures a smoother experience for everyone. For example, if your ticket time is between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, we suggest arriving 30 minutes early to allow for traffic. This allows you to check in, get settled, and be ready to enter the waiting line. Please note the traffic will cause delays towards the end of October. Saturday's having the most traffic, we suggest planning ahead and allow yourself more time to park.
Arriving at the park before your ticket time ensures that you have enough time to go through security check-in, and be ready to start enjoying your experience in our midway and be ready to enter the line when your ticket time window opens. This helps prevent delays and enhances your overall visit.
While you can arrive later, we strongly recommend arriving by the suggested time to maximize your experience. Arriving after your recommended time might lead to longer wait times and could affect your ability to enjoy all the attractions and activities you planned.
The estimated wait time listed for each attraction is the approximate time you can expect to wait once you are in line. For example, if you purhcased the 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM ticket time you are allowed to enter the waiting line starting at 8:00 PM. General Admission is an average of 1 hour, VIP is 1/3 the wait and Immediate Access is no wait. We limit the number of tickets sold per hour to maintain these times.
Ticket times are generally set for the day of your visit. If you need to make changes or adjustments, please contact our guest services team ahead of time for assistance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Call 336-431-1700
If you miss your designated ticket time, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that this may result in longer wait times. We encourage you to adhere to the suggested arrival time to avoid any issues and make the most of your visit.
